Which download should I choose?
Choose Windows for a 64-bit Intel or AMD Windows PC. On a Mac, open Apple menu → About This Mac. Choose Apple Silicon if you see an Apple chip, or Intel if you see an Intel processor.
Do I need a subscription to download and use ExamAce?
Yes. Your account needs an active subscription or trial to download an installer. The desktop app also checks your membership when you sign in and while it is open. An internet connection is required.
Is ChatGPT included?
No. Sign into your own ChatGPT account inside the workspace. Any ChatGPT subscription, usage limits, and service availability are separate from your ExamAce membership.
How do I cancel?
Open My account, then Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current access period. During a trial, cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first monthly charge.

GETTING STARTED
From download
to desktop.
Create your ExamAce account.
Use your email address and a password of at least 12 characters. Save the recovery code when it appears.
Activate your membership.
Open My account and start your subscription. Stripe handles checkout. Return to your account and refresh your membership status.
Choose your computer.
Use Windows for an Intel or AMD Windows PC. On a Mac, Apple menu → About This Mac tells you whether you have an Apple chip or an Intel processor.
Install and sign in.
Follow the START-HERE instructions included with your download. Open ExamAce Desktop and use your ExamAce account to unlock the workspace. Then open Settings and sign into your own ChatGPT account.

ACCOUNT PRIVACY
Your account
information.
ExamAce stores your account email, a salted password hash, a hashed recovery code, session records, and subscription status in its separate Supabase database. Browser sessions use secure HttpOnly cookies. The desktop app stores its session with operating-system encryption when available.
Stripe processes subscription payments and manages payment details. ExamAce stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers; payment-card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted pages.
ChatGPT sign-in and conversations happen in the embedded ChatGPT service and are subject to that service’s policies. ExamAce membership does not include a ChatGPT plan.
Downloads are restricted to eligible members. Access checks and abuse-prevention limits use account identifiers and hashed network identifiers. Signing out revokes the current session; account recovery revokes previous sessions.
Website AI help
The optional signup helper sends the messages you type and recent chat context to OpenAI to answer questions about ExamAce. Do not enter passwords, recovery codes, API keys, or payment-card details. The helper cannot access your account or change your subscription.
ExamAce does not save chat transcripts in its database or browser storage. Chat history clears when you reload or select New chat. Requests use OpenAI’s store:false setting, but OpenAI may retain API data under its own policies; this is not a promise of zero retention. Abuse-prevention counters use hashed network identifiers and a shared request limit.
Public release is being prepared. Membership purchases are disabled until account services and the installers are ready.
